I loved this pawn shop the first time I shopped and found so many deals to be had. Bruce will still give me some bargain deals but not like he used to. Overall a good pawn shop that will bargain and often times my first choice when shopping tools.

A pawn shop that doesn't take brand new items is crazy to me.
Writing this review I am going to be fair. I went yesterday and purchased a welding helmet with a welding machine. I am disabled so my mother was the one who went in to make the purchase and check it out. Not knowing anything about welding or the machine. The guy walked it out to let me check it out but never really got my hands on it to inspect it fully that's my fault. The whip and ground was wrapped with a zip tie along hiding a cut in the ground cable. The nozzle was not there which was not a big issue which can be replaced. When I called about refunding the helmet they let me. Yesterday I started to inspect the welding machine. When I noticed the cut in the ground wire I stopped. Being that this is a horberfright welding machine I can not simply replace the ground. When I called I still have a 7 day warranty the guy that showed it to me put me on the phone with some women. She told me they refunded the helmet out of courtesy. Then told me "They would not have brought the machine with a cut in the wire". We'll you did and I would never cut a ground wire on a DC machine. She refused to refund but was never ugly about it. I should have did my part and took the machine to properly inspect it better. The machine can not fully weld with a cut in a ground lead and missing nozzle I have to buy. I would be modifying the machine to fix the ground wire which I don't know how as I'm not an electriction.
