Very rude employee and doesn’t really listen to customers
I've been doing business with them for quite a while and they have always treated me right. The owner is great and has always made me feel more like a friend than a customer, just like the staff does. They run a tight ship and are always willing to work with you,! They are really friendly people in the store but they definitely don’t give the best prices or negotiate. I brought in a $50 wirless ps5 charger and the best they could do was supposedly $4 which is crap. Offered $6 a piece for $30 joysticks for a switch. I know they have to make money but with these prices they are definitely ripping people off
One star is generous at best... Been in 3 times and each time was worse than the last if you can believe it. I have offered to sell wheels, power tools, ammunition, and a 50cc moped with the title. They can't even buy something with a title because loss of used title license. Tools that I brought were too "old" despite them being used on one job and purchased last year. I paid 100 dollars for a 350lb capacity truck hitch cargo basket and got a deal at the time. When I tried to sell it here I was offered 20 dollars. If you must go, wait until the buisness closing discount sale. It has got to be coming soon.
