One of the WORST pawn shops I have ever been to, the staff there are extremely rude and disrespectful and I would never recommend this place to ANYONE, save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people and go literally anywhere else

Business is clearly for a specific set of people. Super rude, sarcastic & condescending attitude! For someone who has never been to a pawn shop before today, the guy I regret even laying eyes on spoke as if I’m supposed to know that it’s better to shop at a pawn shop for jewelry. Even if I was given free money, I wouldn’t spend it with such nasty inconsiderate people! Don’t waste your time here.

I had a custom gold monogram necklace made for my sister’s birthday and it came out so beautiful! I traveled all the way from Mississippi to pick it up! Kirk was very pleasant to work with and even stated he would wait for me to arrive even if it was a few minutes after closing time! That’s top notch customer service!
