I love visiting this place! I find my zen in seeing the awesome new firearms. They don’t laugh at my crazy questions about them and they give good advice as to what I can use for my particular needs. The jewelry is also very nice. They have beautiful diamond pieces and watches that arrive pretty often.

These people where very polite very well with communication and very nice they like to see a person walk out with a smile on there face everybody needs to come here to shop they are my favorite

I was a loyal customer for 10+ years and I bought a stated new ryobi tool combo (circular saw, drill, 2 batteries, and a charger) wasn’t really given an opportunity to truly test it but I did a little..it was really rushed a brief, I trusted the dude, he said its brand new and everything works. I went home to really test it out and one of the batteries didn’t charge. I called the next day to tell them and I was rudely told all sales final and then hung up on me. What shady business practice….and over a little battery…I was dumbfounded. Here I am a loyal customer. I’ve bought all my guns, fishing rods, and tools there and I’ve never been treated like that. What bad customer service. I’ll never go back..and I’m telling all my friends and family who frequent BJ pawn and I am going to direct them to pelican or American pawn from now on. AND THEY REMOVED THE CIRCULAR SAW BLADE TOO!!!! WTH!!!
