Just a Kentucky law lesson for the superbly rude and arrogant employee that spoke down to my 19 year old brother in law stating it was "illegal to open carry as a 19 year old" please update yourself on the laws of your state. God bless you by the way, I truly hope whatever was eating at you this morning may be taken care of. Mind you, he has bought firearms from you before and wanted to keep giving you business. Way to go. "Any person over 21, who is eligible to lawfully possess a firearm, under state and federal law may carry concealed deadly weapons, concealed on or about his or her person. Persons under age 21 may be eligible to possess a firearm, but are not allowed to carry the firearm (or other deadly weapon) concealed in Kentucky. Persons who are over 21, but not eligible to lawfully possess a firearm, may be legally eligible to possess other deadly weapons, but they are not permitted to carry any deadly weapon concealed, under Kentucky law."
I love coming to this place to find good deals on tools and music equipment. They always make good cash deals. However, my recent experiences have not been great. I had to wait for the lady to finish her personal conversation on her cell phone before she would help me. The two guys that were there had customers and were busy, but she was sitting at the computer talking/texting and paying me no mind. This is not my first experience with this. I love the deals here, but I'll wait for an employee that wants to be there to help me from here on out.
They suck wouldn't take my cross bow bc a little rubber piece was missing
The staff here is amazing. I went in and immediately felt welcomed but beyond that this might be the cleanest place in madisonville. The knowledge and willingness of the staff to help my father with nothing but respect…just thank you. They never acted like he was a bother and answered any questions about everything he touched or asked about.
I have written a review before but it must’ve been deleted. Staff are very rude. The items they sell are supremely sub par and most of the time don’t even work properly and they’ll lie to your face saying they do. On top of that I bought a game console from them that was infested with dead roaches. Do not recommend.
They deserve no stars because they never take anything I have or they always lowball me they arnt going to try and help someone in need they just need to be shut down I will never be in there again
