I was not going to stoop your level, but I wanted it known to the Public how very rude you were to a long time customer that has spent hundreds of dollars there since Pawn World opened. I have bought everything from Very expensive jewelry to an expensive Burberry handbag, countless electronic items and collectibles. This was the first and definitely the last time I hope to never come across you again!!! 12/23/19 roughly 6pm. I thought I would try and get some much needed cash for Christmas. I told you something personal and you blew it off as if I were making it up for sympathy purposes. No!! ZERO Compassion for death of a human. All of the 4 items that I brought in hoping to get something, even to pawn. I was told none of this is pawnable. I could understand the camera that was maybe 2 years old. But the other three items which I took to another pawn shop and PAWNED. Two items and a VERY expensive diamond/ruby necklace which I ended up taking a little under a grand for it this evening. Your Smart #ss mouth telling me " Well I'm not going out to your truck" to see both items work. Understandably clear yes, but I mention the huge glass window in front of my truck that you could plainly see the items work. What it was, you didnt feel like getting off your Pirch and work. That mouth snapped at me again, when I asked for you to call the Owner, " Well why dont you just wait till he is here" with your beady eyes glaring at me. Insults you ask? Definitely! You deserve every last one of them! I am a firm believer in Karma. It will come around when you least expect it. Guarantee! Oh also back to the necklace that I didnt want to sell, but life happens. To the Owner of Pawn World, I find it amazing that your employee which i have never seen before, is an expert at deciding what is real just by looking at it. What a crock! I know for a fact you have a gem checker authenticator. By the way "Honey" you see me in public, dare to say something to me. I will embarrass the laziness off of your A#S!! Mark my Words!! As for me returning to Pawn World? Nah! I hope that the public will see this, if it's taken down within a day, I will repost it. I figure the public has a right to know about certain individuals, who to stay clear of. Merry Christmas!!

Not knowledgeable about electronics. Brought AirPods there and guy told me they don’t play sounds but used it before I brought it to them but as soon as I left them I went to Tri- State and they had no problem with getting them to work.

The staff here is so rude an unprofessional! They sold my little boy a dangerously broken bike for 110.00 my son waz by himself. He was scammed! They refuse to fix it or refund it an I’m a single mother an don’t have 100 to throw away. Please be aware their products are junk and probably stolen!

We sold a bunch of music gear at their Huntington, WV store. They have excellent customer service and a very professional staff. They gave us great prices for all the gear. We would highly recommend this business.

Bought a guitar from this place on eBay. The listing misrepresented the condition of the guitar. They said it was in good condition and left out that it had repairs, scratches, dings and had a piece of paper on the side of the neck to try and keep it aligned. The body of the guitar didn't match the neck so the strings wouldn't lay on the neck correctly. Asked for a refund they tried to play off the guitar was damaged in shipping. This didn't happen but the guitar was packaged horribly and it's amazing that it wasn't damaged. They quit responding to my messages and I had to get eBay involved and file a complaint. The guitar was shipped back and they never refunded my money. I had to call eBay and since they have a money-back guarantee I was able to get my money back. Very unprofessionally run business!!
