I called and spoke to a young lady. I asked her if they buy refined gold buttons, she put me on hold, said they do. I asked how much do you payout she put me on hold again and said 97%. I drove 45 minutes, the guy tested my gold all 24k then he told me they payout 90% lol. What a waste of time. They are ripping people off if they are only 90%.— Jennifer Wilson, Dec 2025

Great place to buy coins but if you don't have cash they will charge you a fee of 3% for debit cards. This apparently is illegal as those charges can only be assessed to Credit Cards.— Charles Wilkerson, Feb 2026
January 28, 2026. NOT PURCHASING SILVER. For at least 6 weeks. Excuse. So the mines can catch up with demand. Which makes zero since. Likely reason. Does not want to pay out the spot prices silver has rose to that they always have had no problem selling it for. Gonna lose customers to other bullion vendors over this one. Smh— BMc, Jan 2026
Deleted and reposting this review because I’m still bothered by my experience. After reading some other comments I noticed a few said this place takes the fun out of coin collecting and they’re absolutely correct. The attendant was rude, off putting and condescending. And once I told him I wasn’t interested in selling anything and I just wanted information on what I had his demeanor became worse. I was lucky enough to get better info and direction from Golds in downtown Jeff. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place unless you’re just trying to hock some metals for fast cash.— McKenzie Mycio, Jan 2026
