Gem Source did an excellent job of working on my slide charm bracelet and appraising it. They found the beads I needed and added the charms. It turned out beautifully!

Go here, hes an expert in the field. He made custom jewlery for my Mom and my Wife. Absolutely stunning pieces. Id post photos but they wouldnt do justice.

Gem Source was an absolute joy to work with during one of the most special moments of my life—my engagement. I am beyond happy with the quality of my ring; it is truly one of a kind. I am head over heels in love with it and so thankful to the team at Gem Source for making my dream come true!

I can't say enough positive words about Jim and his team at Gem Source. He helped me design an upgraded wedding ring for my beautiful bride for our 20 year anniversary. I truly appreciated his genuinely kind nature and his patience in helping me understand every step of the process. I had lots of questions, and he had immense knowledge that you won't see in big retail stores. And to top it all off, he helped create the ring of dreams for my wife. We will continue to do business with Jim as long as he keeps the doors open.

My fiancé and I cannot recommend this company enough! We both walked into the ring and diamond shopping realm completely uneducated. After going to a couple places around town we were luckily referred to Gem Source by a family member. Jim took the time out of his day to sit down with us and actually educate us about diamonds and their quality/cut on multiple occasions, until we were finally able to make our minds up. Gerry and Jim are two very knowledgeable individuals and provide an unmatched level of customer service. If you are in need of any type of customized jewelry you would be doing yourself a disservice not to go check out Gem Source Inc!

I had heirloom stones that I wanted incorporated into a custom design for my engagement ring, and Gem Source did an amazing job. They used my ideas, have me a fair price for the gold I brought to the table, and communicated with me every step of the way regarding the design. I couldn't be happier with the end product, and am very excited to wear these pieces for the rest of my life!

10/10 recommend Gem Source!! My fiancé proposed to me on 12/11 and the ring he bought was supposed to been resized but it wasn’t. We went to 5 other places and they wouldn’t touch it or had a wait of 2-3 weeks to just get it resized. I called Gem Source and came in the same day and it was done within 20 minutes of me dropping it off!! It now fits perfectly and I can’t recommend them enough. Very fast turnaround and the young lady who helped me was very nice. They done a wonderful job on my ring and I’ll be a returning customer🙂
