I went into the store on Winchester road I have bought plenty of jewelry out of here and never ever returned anything I ever bought..I came in Aug 20th to buy a gift for our Anniversary and I was never acknowledged coming into the store after being in there for 5 minutes I asked could I get some service because no one has said anything to me since I walked into the store..I was told by a.manager that he was too busy doing something on the computer but remind you there is not a customer there at the computer with him..I said well I'm inside the building and I need help..I should have left but I didn't..I purchased some earrings that was $200 he gave me a $20 discount because he knew he was rude frombeginning..I decided to return them because they were too feminine for my husband so I went to return them and they said they would buy them back from me so they only wanted to give me a $100 back.I wanted to talk to the district manager that was there and he would not come out sent the same manager out that solde the earrings..I have lost out on$80 for no reason..I will.never ever be back and I will tell everyone I know how you all treat your customers..I can spend my money.anywhere..

They have always helped me out and have great service. They have a lot of great merchandise but above all they are friendly and professional. I won’t go anywhere except Fast Cash and Pawn in Williamsburg,Ky.
