Worst pawn shop ever sell stuff and everything not there tried to return it and wouldn't give me my money back they should be selling stuff on the corner the staff was rude and didn't seem to have so much upstairs I'll never shop at this place ever I bet have the stuff is stolen and out of state

I have bought stuff from these people in the past when they had honest people running the place. I bought a tool there the other day that I was told was brand new and that if it didn't work that as long as I brought it back within 24 hours that I would get my money back. Long story short, it didn't work. Come to find out it was bought at an auction that sells Amazon broken returns. The person that says she manages the place is rude and won't listen. Very argumentative. She said that since I didn't respect her that she wasn't gonna do anything to help me. I even tried to contact the owner 3 times and have never heard back from him. I feel like I was taken for a fool. There is no way a business should have to steal from hard working people to keep their doors open. That's why I'm already in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals office. That may sound a bit extreme but I don't know about you but I'm not finna let some young girl who is on her high horse try to take me for a ride. She said she could pull the cameras and prove where I didn't respect her. If that's the case then she needs to pull the camera and listen to the lady that sold it to me that supposedly doesn't even work there anymore, promised me a refund in 24 hours. Here's the kicker, I took it in the next day to just try to return it and get whatever I could and she tried telling me there 24 hour return policy had expired a day ago. She told me to leave that there was nothing she could do. So I'm out not only the money I spent on a tool that I needed to complete a job and because I spent two days trying to get this issue solved, I also wasn't able to complete the job on time so therefore there is a good chance the people will hire someone else to finish or I will lose all credibility with them and never get anymore work from them. So not only did the actions from the girl who claims because I raised my voice with her and didn't respect her and wouldn't even trade me another tool of lesser value or do what I was told and return my money so I could go buy what I needed from some where else, caused me to not get paid, cost me money in the present and the future and now I have a power tool that doesn't work and won't work. Basically a big ole paper weight. I would be very aware before you buy anything or sell anything to this place. Be very aware of what they're trying to shove on you. I have proof that they are buying broken Amazon returns and re-selling them for huge profits. What was done to me was wrong and I wouldn't want someone else to lose there hard earned Money like I did.

I have been here a few tines times and everytime Dee and Thomas have been awesome! They treat me like family and that's what matters the most! I have always been payed fair. I have witnessed a customer that was very rude and abusive. They handled the situation like pros. I love this place! Need cash and friends ex pawn is the place!

Just got off the phone with this place I called about a controller for my phone cheapest one he could sell me. He offered me an old Xbox one controller for 39 bucks the upsale is insane. Please shop somewhere else cause they will price gouge you as if you have no brain and can't Google prices on stuff.

I purchased a small washer and dryer for RV, the cost was 199.99 ask it it had a warranty was told no but purchased anyway. The employee assured me that it was tested and worked. Well it did not washer not spin and dry will not get hot. I will never shop their again because employee knowingly lied to my face .. I suggest u not shop there either, unless u like giving your money away.
