Bought a wedding ring at Kay Jewelers took it back to get the band soldered because it cracked they wanted $450 to fix it took it to Dixie Pawn they got it fixed for under $50

Very friendly staff. They stick by what they say. Easy payments because they keep you informed as to when a payment is due. Even though I borrowed an amount way less than the value of my item, I always had the feeling that they wanted to make it very easy for me to get it out of pawn. Seems they love to do good business and not have to take items.

Poor poor poor service walk in Im not greeted some man is eating chips behind the counter. No acknowledgement. I go in to see about Xbox and they are rude still I wanted to get this for my son. Wow, I should have stayed away not only did they not want to take a full payment over the phone for the Xbox was even more rude when I stated I wanted my money back. I lost 100$ but learned a valuable lesson dont do business with this place at all!! I should have known when NO ONE ☝️ in the store looked like me and I got the greeting I did. I guess I wasn’t down home good ole boy enough. It’s okay 👌 I can afford to lose a 100$ but I want to warn people to stay away from place. I should have read the reviews 😂😂
