Very fast and have always been pleasant to deal with. However, I would say do you research and call other places first and see what offers are out there. I failed to do so having worked with them a few times and their offers always beating out the competitors, so I stopped. As a single mom that's widowed no life insurance child support or inheritance you get the picture, 400 goes a long way. I don't blame them at all again my fault. Had me feeling some type of way. LOL. That said make sure to check the competition, and know what you’re doing. I recommend mission pawn, they also will share their knowledge and transparent.

Third time trying this place, absolutely horrible customer service and they are very ambiguous on pricing. They wont let you look at silver rounds because “ too much money on the table “ it’s almost as if they are inconvenienced having to stop playing in the phone to actually do some customer service. Not worth your time people.

Clearly a scam spot. I came with pure 24k gold and they low balled me Into outer space. The bewildered “salesmen” gave me some ridiculous excuse and story about how he can’t sell it for a few weeks because of how the bracelet was made. It’s a bracelet lol……it seems they only want low weight coins and whatever else….Make sure you shop around if you sell here. They weren’t even close to current spot price ….

Precious Metals and Gems offered 80% of Silver spot price on American Silver Eagles. There are plenty of Local Coin Shops in our metropolitan area that will not try to take advantage of you as a seller. With due diligence you can receive a reasonable and equitable price.

Every time I have went to precious mental they always do me right the best deal in town. I drive 60 miles just to do business with them. 5 stars.

I called the store on Friday, Jan 23, 2026, they informed me they are paying 6 to 7 under spot for 1 oz silver rounds, spot was $103 +/-, so I visited the store on today, Monday, Jan 26, 2026, the price went up on silver about 3 bucks an oz, around $106, so I was going to sell some ounces, but they informed me they're only giving 80 per oz, which is more than $25 under spot! They told me things have changed since Friday, and too bad, that's all they'll pay. I've decided to never shop there again, they are dishonest and do not care if they rip off customers. This place doesn't even deserve one star
