Came in for the first time these guys just make you not want to deal with them . All mad looking at you all suspicious like if you’re money anit green don’t recommend this place

Went in for my first time today. I inherited a family gun and am not well versed in the maintenance of my firearm. They told me exactly what kind of cleaning solvent I need, ammunition, and how to properly care for my weapon. He even let me bring it in, taught me how to disassemble it, clean and maintain it, and put it back together. Could not have asked for a cooler experience from such a knowledgeable source.

The actual process of pawning went fine, but the customer service was very disappointing. Since it was my first time, I asked a few questions to make sure I understood everything. Instead of being helpful, the employee spoke to me in a condescending way, almost like I was stupid. He told me I had to pay back in cash, not card, and then sarcastically added that ‘cash is green,’ which felt unnecessary and rude. On top of that, when giving my ID back, he didn’t even hand it to me — he flicked it toward me.

Been coming in for a few years now. Mostly for information and barely buying anything. Everytime the staff was very knowledgeable and happy to help regardless if I did buy anything. Quickly become my first stop for purchasing and helpful knowledge.
