I make it a habit to check out every pawn shop I come across. Always looking for unique guns, or just impulse buying one. I've tried coming in here 4 times over the last 7-8 years. Of all the pawn shops I've been to, this by far has to be the absolute worst. The people are extremely rude, hostile, and once was very hateful as if I had just said something horrible about their mother. Last time I came in I was told never to come back unless I come to buy a specific item. Sad thing is a friend told me that a certain gun I had been looking for was for sale there, and came specifically to buy it, but was told I could not inspect it first. Oh well, no loss to me. Thier prices weren't the worst, but higher than they should ever be. Honestly just stay away. Go to Cleve's next door, or better yet Bob's just down the road.

We had a great experience. My grandson and I were there to look at bass guitars for his birthday. We bought one and an amp, and they also threw some items in with the guitar. We definitely recommend this business.

I can’t say enough good things about Nick’s Pawn Shop here in Salina. I walked in just hoping to get an idea of what my 10k gold necklace and bracelet were worth—both pieces I bought from what I thought was a reputable jewelry store in town. But thanks to there honesty and expertise, I found out the truth: the jewelry I paid over $3,000 for was actually fake. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and didn’t try to take advantage of me. Because of their help, I was able to go back to the original store and get a full refund. I’m beyond grateful for these guys and their honesty and integrity with that situation I found myself in. They didn’t just save me thousands they reminded me that good, honest people still exist in this business. Everything was fine until some other lady that was no part of the original deal decided she was the authority in gold and silver. She returned 6 gold rings of 10k and 14k. You could clearly see the stamp. But she used a acid test And still argued with me that ir was fake!!!! But that's ok I took it over to Bobs and 20 minutes later the 18.3 grams that she swore was fake tested perfectly fine and was paid out. Just bc you say you know how to do things doesn't matter clearly. Get better help
