Went to fix necklace and came back with less gold on my necklace hook and cross hanger hoop. Was all 14k and some how the pieces are now 10k and now states she don’t sell 14k gold here but I bought my necklace here. Just came for my pieces and states it was only the hoop part and the hook was just fixed not changed. So she DID change my gold. And now is arguing with customer. And says no 14k sold here .
