Not your ordinary vendor. I went to the website over the Christmas holidays and the owner still replied. None of the other sellers ever responded? Chris Ralph recommended and he was right. I purchased the Gold Monster 1000 and it arrived 2 days early via UPS. Great packaging as it didn’t show my valuable package contents. Factory sealed box and no damage. Just started using it and very impressed. My buddy came over and he is going to order one for himself, of course I told him to use High Plains because I believe these guys are full legit and actually care! The product is the same but the seller matters
