Told me on phone they do take my product, and they will look at it, which is a basically brand new monster soundstage3 (400$retail) we drive all the way there from cimarron, just for the owner to get impatient immediately trying to connect to it , literally not even 3 minutes, then he's not interested all the sudden! Pretty bad customer service especially to people that do solid business and would have gladly continued to keep money coming through.
