Ordered a $1640 espresso machine off of the through eBay. Represented the item as new in retail condition and arrives without any instruction manuals and in a lightweight non factory cardboard box. Waited 7 days to ship also. I messaged and called them before the item was shipped to confirm it was in the retail package and because it is rather fragile and without those boxes it is prone to damage.
