I've been going there for years since i was a child with my father for him to cash checks and have always been greeted kindly. Now they'll look at you and not greet you, and even grab your check without even a hi, I just can't believe the lack of customer service skills the new crew has. Its sad. Don't know if I'll continue to go.

Went in there to pawn my Xbox, had all of the cords, and controllers, they wouldn’t take the system, because one of my controllers didn’t have a battery cover, it doesn’t affect the Xbox at all, I am beyond upset, I needed this money for my wedding, I won’t be going here for anything. I’ll just take my business elsewhere like to Wichita

They make too many excuses to buy my console first they were saying the cap for the controller, and the other thing is that there were no rubber on both thumbsticks. Never said anything about that. But they said the CAP since we didn't have a cap they didn't want it.Today we went to sell an Xbox and a Nintendo switch. We got the cap for the batteries and everything they told us we need. But they said the rubber on the left side of the thumbstick the lady said that they are not interested because just one thumbstick. The worst pawn shop ever in garden
