Called and got a quote from Cade. A range mind you. and drove in. Offered less than half in person. When I questioned the difference they totally back tracked and refused to do the one sale. Horrible customer service.

They take the time to go over each item and give an offer. I've watched how they treat each and every customer with upmost respect and patience. They give the top dollar by far and never pressure you to sell. I wish these guys the best and I'll always put them first before any other business. I'm glad I got you some advertising on the radio you deserved it. Previous Review: Great Experience! Called around to coin & gold shops and this place was the only place that gave me a quick offer at a good price for my gold. Needed some cash so I brought in part of my coin collection too. Nice group of guys that treated me great, never felt pressured to sell. Spent at least an hour going through my stuff and offering prices. Feel very good about our deal. Hopefully once my finances are better I'll be back to buy some. Thanks for your time!

What an easy and simple process:). I went in because I had old jewelry from the past that I wanted to get rid of. I had no idea what to expect or how much my items were worth. I walked in and a gentleman greeted me, and proceeded to tell him what I was there for. Then he looked over my items, weighed and priced it out. Wow I was in shock on how much my old jewelry that was just sitting in a drawer was worth. Eric and team you are exceptional and definitely know what you’re doing. I had an old broken chain that I had no idea how much it was worth. I actually was not expecting much as it was a small thin chain. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount the offered me. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I loved it that a new person was being trained and the time they took to explain the process to the new person.
