Ordered uncirculated Silver Certs. They appeared to be pressed with creases. Returned to TCV for replacement and got garbage back. This process took over 2 months! I said I'll just keep them.. Didn't want to go through their 30 day guarantee which made you do handstands. Way overpriced and they use 'Little..on Coin Company' as their comparison. Gosh, the most expensive coin store in the country to show comparison? The double talk and constant word salad shows they're not my choice again.. Ever. It's your call but I personally don't like getting ripped off. It's also turned into a Political coin show with their 'President' $1 NGC holders. I don't care what they sell but keep polititcs (Right or Left) out of your sales. SHAME ON YOU for all your digressions, double talk and poor quality merchandise. Please shop elsewhere..
I have been ordering items from the coin vault for years mostly on there web site the process of setting up an account was easy, ordering very easy your walked through the process step by step and I have never gotten a thing that I wasn't very happy with. Im signed up for their news letter and get text messages about new releases coming out ahead of time which I love it helps me plan ahead of time for ordering. I could go on and on about what I like about this company so I'll just say try them and I believe you will feel the same as myself. David W

Nice place. I stopped buying from this place because someone else complained they use Trump labels. I will not shop at a place where haters of freedom shop. That simple. If I want to buy a trump coin I should be able to without some commie saying I can not. So because they serve commies I will no longer shop at this place. Commies should leave. That simple.
I've been a long time customer of the coin vault. Multiple times the shipments are late or never arrive. This last time, the item has not arrived in over a month! Customer service... Heather, Brooke & others provide no help and have poor attitudes. All for a 60.00 item. New careful ordering from this vendor.
