Friendly Service! Very fair when it comes to buying selling and trading. I might have been in there four times in my whole life, and the owner has always remembered me by name! Always respectful and courteous!
Rude and dishonest, I wanted to shop around and also brought back a gun magazine I was told I could trade for the right one if it was wrong. Instantly he refused. Im positive he knew it was wrong or defective considering it would have been beneficial for both of us to have swapped for the correct magazine. Lost my business forever!!!
Rude a lot of the times, makes you feel as if you bothersome. Charges a restocking fee if your application for firearm doesn’t go through smoothly and the strangest thing is I’ve never had an issue with it going through anywhere else which makes no sense. But I shouldn’t have been charged 40.00 restocking fee to place a firearm back into his display cabinet! He is also overpriced majorly.
Refused to give pricing over the phone, said people “never come in.” After driving there, I was offered 60% on gold. That explains why people don’t come in. Very poor offer.
