Almost anybody is better than these guys at gold and silver. They try and push high premium metals to anyone who doesn't know better. They try and use high pressure sales. They REALLY hate it when you point out that they are just salesmen and really know nothing about the market. Beware.

Cancelled my order without explanation after having my funds for weeks. Will not respond to my emails and have not received refund. Recommend purchasing your bullion somewhere like SD Bullion or JM Bullion. Both have always come through for me with no hassle. Never had to talk on the phone with someone to verify my purchase before. I had already decided not to use these guys again after that, so this is icing on the cake. Online sales should be fuss free. Pretty sure the required call is just an attempt to up sell. Unfortunately, I lost money on this transaction, since I sold other items to make this purchase and now prices have moved quite a bit. So, definitely not a trustworthy business if your purchases are price dependent at the time. Kind of feel like the business model here is set up to attract people that don't understand bullion. If you need a "personal advisor/agent" to buy gold or silver, it's not for you. That's just another word for salesman.

I would not recommend this company to anyone interested in precious metals. They market aggressively at highly inflated prices compared to other dealers especially for numismatic products like Gold Eagle Proof Sets. My father bought 2 of those sets in 2021 at prices that were over twice the spot price of gold at the time suggesting to him that the collectible nature of these was worth the premium and that they would rapidly increase in value. After he passed, we contacted them about selling the sets back to them. First, they wanted me to provide all kinds of personal info about the estate, death certificate, etc in order to consider making a purchase from us. I had provided all that previously. So, I went to their online chat to seek an offer which was actually less than the spot melt value. At the same time, they advertise the identical product on their web site at almost double the purchase offer they quoted to me. Hard to deal with, very poor value. If you really want to invest in precious metals, go to a more reputable dealer and buy only bullion grade coins or bars, NOT what they call collectibles. NOTE: You will now see their canned response. I did in fact contact them by phone and they said they would get back to me. That never happened. My review stands

They miss quoted the amount of silver I agreed to I ordered 2 kilos they billed me for 7 kilos. Now it looks like the Webb site is down, and so are the phones

I have held quite a few gold coin sets for many years. I decided to sell a few back 'on consignment'. Per their consignment agreement they withhold 18% of their current advertised price on the website. This is totally false!!! They have held 25%, 23%, and 21% from the first 3 transactions that have been completed on my consignment items. I attempted to find out why and a customer service rep said he would reach out to 'someone' and call me back.....crickets. I will update this review if I get more information or they correct the issue but for now I would advise to stay away from this company.

US Gold Bureau is the best gold & silver marketing company with which my husband, Bill, and I have ever worked! They do NOT have a $10,000 minimum purchase requirement, which shows they help the little investor. They also have the most competitive prices. Mrs. Rhonda Henry gave us better customer care and service than personnel in 7 different gold & silver marketing companies with whom we recently spoke. Rhonda offered their "Specials', gave us good clear advice and answered all of our questions. She did not push us to buy anything, which demonstrated her genuine heart-to-help and serve attitude. We appreciate, recognize and recommend US Gold Bureau for their professional company policies and procedures and Mrs. Rhonda Henry for her GREAT customer service.

These guys get their feelings hurt very easily, especially if you ignore their calls and ask them not to call you back after they repeatedly spam you for days. Honestly, they seem desperate to make a sale... No thanks!
