Absolutely the best customer service! As a repeat customer i had an order I failed to notice part was on back order but needed the rest very soon. They got to work on it right away suggested alternatives, store credit etc. They were quick with responses and super helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Prices are higher for the same items elsewhere. They didn't honor their price match guarantee or new customer discount but instead provided a bunch of excuses and red tape. Going to return my order as soon as it arrives... disappointed.

I was worried about buying a Renaissance dress online without being able to try it on. They have detailed and customized sizing charts that are different and specific to each garment. It made it easy to find a perfect fit. Customer service was great. When I found out that one of the items I ordered was unavailable (my oversight - it was listed as unavailable on the website and on my receipt) they suggested similar items that were in stock so my order wouldn't be delayed. It's so nice to be able to speak to a real, helpful, and knowledgeable person for help! My order arrived in about 10 days. It was correct and exactly as the website described. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Worst shop to buy from. They're always out of stock, and I mean always. Christmas in a month and you can't get what you want. Their bows are cheap and made of cheap fiberglass that warp in a couple uses. Bought a bow from them and it warped in my 3rd use. Even took the string off when done. They have the worst customer service.
