I recently purchased a beautiful ring from Mark and had an issue with it after purchase. Mark and Paula were very responsive and quickly repaired the ring for me at no cost. Mark creates beautiful, high quality jewelry, and he stands behind each piece he creates.
Mark has created several pieces for me using diamonds and gems from other jewelry that was mine and from my parents and grandparents and my hubby. he has created rings, pendants and is currently working on a fabulous bracelet (which I am waiting patiently) for.:) I cannot say enough good things and Mark and Paula. I met Mark & Paula at the CO Artfest in Castlerock, Colorado. My original wedding ring was damaged during a move. It has a lot of sentimental value as it contains my grandmother's diamonds from her wedding ring along with my own. I was a bit hesitant to send it off with Mark & Paula to Indiana; they were both very professional, and everything was in writing. I absolutely LOVE the design Mark came up with and it is truly one-of-a-kind. It is even more comfortable to wear than my other ring. An appraisal was included with the new ring. Mark is amazingly talented and I highly recommend him!
