Low balled me and a few different people gold was at a high of $3,020 a oz when we all went in offered less then 80% of melt for some 24k pure .9999 gold rounds definitely loss our business went to estate jewelers where they offer 97% on the dollar

Hey! I went in here and ol boy offered a very good selling price on gold rounds competitive with online juggernauts. Impressive 👌🏿🤙🏻 Not friendly cold and apathetic

Horrible first experience. I called them to ask if they would be interested in buying stamps. I said that I had a couple hundred stamps and they said “don’t waste your time with the drive”. They were very rude and unwelcoming. Maybe do better next time. Very disappointed. That man needs to leave this place permanently if you guys ever want any business at all. Do not waste your time here! And I will make sure that everyone knows about your terrible service. This will be posted on facebook, Snapchat, tik tok, and every other social media platform I have.

I stopped buy to see if they had any vintage watches, when I asked if they had any watches the guy told me no. I pointed to the display full of pocket and regular watches and shrugged. He said the guy isn't interested in selling any, I said ok, then he told me they are just antique watches assuming that wasn't what I was looking for. I am 43 years old and that was what I was looking for, but I'll be dawned if I would give them any money after our exchange. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I brought in some old coins I'd inherited asking if they could help me understand what I had. I spoke with two different gentlemen who were extremely helpful without being pushy. They were both extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew their business. I trusted them, and that is what matters.
