They're never open during they're started hours of operation. Sometimes they're open sometimes not, they have signs saying they're closed, open, back in 15min. No consistency or reliability. Drove to this location multiple times only to find the door locked and no one there

She's amazing and give you what is right gave me more then I anticipated 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Sold here for my first time last week. I definitely had a price in mind and I was determined that I wasn’t going to take any less. I was so surprised when she ( Chrissy) ? Offered me $50 more than what I had wanted. She definitely knows her stuff and besides that she’s just a sweetheart. Fun to talk to and just very nice. I would never take my gold or silver anywhere else!! I noticed that some people have complained about the store not always being open. Well it just takes a quick phone call to see if they are open or not. Like a lot of us, she has kids and she has a life. Stuff happens. Give them a call and head on down. You will not find a better place!

I had a great experience as a first time customer. I called ahead to make sure they were open and their hours that day. It did take a while to catch them open, but worth the wait and no need to waste gas. I was just looking to get rid of some old stuff I never wore or used. I was pleasantly surprised with the fairness, feeling of ease, and overall smooth and quick process. I walked out a very happy camper and will return in the future.
