Great place all the sales associates were very polite. Stephen the sales associate has always helped me find what I like. Isaiah the manager always helped me on prices. A new hire Seth really gave me a lot of good information on a product I was looking at. All great people and awesome store highly recommend it to anyone. Best prices in town very poliet and awesome staff.
I bought a MacBook Pro laptop, and Stephen was very kind and courteous. I have bought numerous items from this pawnshop at both locations and they are great people to deal with. They also have really good prices! I would highly recommend them.
Best pawn shop around for sure. I personally will not go anywhere else. They are Proof that not everyone is out to get ya. Fair, honest and down to do business cant ask for much more these days.. They currently have a great crew working there.
I've been dealing with this Martinsville business for over a year now and I've never been compelled to write a review until now after doing business with Golden pawn . Besides unbelievably good prices and a great selection of varying products the staff has been over the top on service . Isaiah normally is my go to when buying ,selling and dealing with any loan I'm in there to get . Fast and trustworthy I recommend asking for his assistance if ever you need help. Solid store only made better by this key employee .
I'm only giving them two stars because they are semi friendly and have a good selection. I've been dealing with the pawn world for over 30 years. I have never seen a pawn shop gouge and up price things as much as this place. It's a crying pity to say the least. At least I know we're not to go if I want to buy tools or musical equipment. And definitely do not go here to sell anything. Take the time to go on down the road. Anywhere else you go will most definitely give you a better deal on whatever you're selling.
