Very dishonest staff. Went here as it was my second time visiting the store and had decent hopes. I had heard good things about this place. I go in with the intent on trading in an item and a staff member said they only do trade ins for certain items or depending on the age of it or how new it is. Me being kept up to date with the industry of the item i was interested in selling or trading in I knew that was a lie as they had other versions of what I was wanting to trade in and even newer models of other brands from 2025 laying there on sale. Ridiculous. I won’t ever go to this business again.
