Very nice people. I went in needing to verify a ring I bought was what was advertised. And it was. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful. I believe he might have been the owner. We will definitely be back if we are in need of jewelry or coins. I would definitely recommend this place.
Trustworthy, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all they ask you what does this piece mean to you . Why do you want to sell it? On the flip side if you are buying, once again the explanation on what it is and why it is priced the way it is-awesome! Christo’s is the place I go and has been for years as my own father took me there. They are fair, honest and helpful.
Straight forward pricing on metals sold there. Accepts card payments which makes it easy because I don't like carrying too much cash around. Although the customer service there seem to not care much about me buying anything even though I've been to their shop twice already. May go back, but feel indifferent about it.
Cristo’s Jewelry is the best in South Bend! The staff is friendly, honest, and always willing to help. They make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The quality of their jewelry is great, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Basil was very welcoming and I never once felt pressured to make a decision. If you are looking for coins or jewelry this is the place to go.
