I've been doing business with cash Indiana since it was the iconic Jack's gun shop...as well as servicing all the trees/landscaping for the businesses..as well as private homes...I've made big ticket purchases..from commercial trailers..to hand tools..sporting equipment..and authenticated jewelry with provenance...to custom Harley Davidson motorcycles & commercial equipment..the employees have ALWAYS HAD THEIR FINGER ON THE INDUSTRY PULSE..on meeting at an attractive price..on EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE...as well as generating the most that can borrowed on a pawn item..when short on attainable cash..to save the day! I.E my wife's birthday..I was looking for a princess ring(authentic Disney)..Melissa ..went above and beyond..to accommodate..the piece she had..WAS FLAWLESS!! ironically the exact size!! W/certificate of authenticity.. provenance and insurable for 40% above my cost.. equalling the new retail value..that is an investment as well as her pointing out that "what woman doesnt adore diamonds...AND DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER"!! SOLD SOLD SOLD!! Melissa made ALL THIS HAPPEN 1-1/2 HOURS BEFORE OUR 6:30 PM DINNER RESERVATION!!and me being around $100.00 over my planned spending budget..AND MET ME IN THE MIDDLE ON OVERALL COST!! she also immaculately boxed & gift wrapped the set of rings...with warm birthday wishes to my wife..and assured me if for some reason my wife did not like the gift that we could bring it back for cash refund or any other item in the store of equal value!

Joe was so helpful and kind! Made sure I got the right payment for what I needed. Will definitely be utilizing their services and shopping here in the future! Could not recommend more.

5/5 ⭐️ It is not atypical for sellers to see a woman and a teen (18 year old) come into a pawn shop, and try to rip them on a few dollars. Not only were the owners incredibly honest, respectful, and had clear communication, but they were both very straight forward, which honestly makes the transition so much easier. They sell silver and gold (bullion and jewelry), currency, and a variety of musical instruments, power tools, electronics, and interesting misc. items. Where I found great pleasure in my experience was selling precious metals. They buy gold 10k or above and silver (currency at 90% silver content or above) items. They did buy sterling jewelry and for a fair and generous price, surpassing expectations. They incentivize first time customers, which certainly made a positive impression. If you are looking to sell electronics, make sure items are fully charged. If you have a few things to sell, make sure to bring it in for them to check out in person. Some advice shared from one of the owners today was to make sure to get cards rated at a reputable source. They will not buy ungraded cards, and for good reason.

Nice shop, great customer service, gave me a fair offer as well. I felt very welcome and staff is very cool and knows their stuff! No complaints here! Definitely will be back!
