Always super helpful and the rates are good for same day Walkup service. Large selection on hand compared to the other places in Chicago.

If you can make it to the Loop to exchange money, this is the best place! Every other place will keep about half of the money you are exchanging. Here, we paid a small fee and they were so kind and efficient. Highly recommend! It's worth the travel into the city. The only place we will use.

Great place to exchange your money for foreign currency. Much better than your bank and they have over 70 countries currency available. I ordered money from my bank and asked for small bills. Of course they only gave me 2 small bills. So I searched where I could find some currency here in Chicago before I left the country. Lo and behold, World Money Exchange popped onto my screen. I called to verify if they had they currency available and what I needed for the exchange (and yes, someone pleasantly answered the phone). When I arrived, it was a 10 minute exchange. I was in and out in no time. Thank you to the ladies working the window at the exchange. Your pleasant atmosphere made the transaction very smooth for me.

This was my first time coming here and the process was so simple. The service was so friendly and easy. The person who helped me was so nice was able to assist me so fast. I will recommend anyone to come here. Looking forward to coming back her anytime I have to travel and need foreign currency.

I've exchanged money here 10+ times and thought they were reasonable for common currency like the Euro. However, the most recent trip was a ripoff. I recently visited an Asian country and proactively exchanged $50 before my trip. They gave me ~$30 in the local currency and charged the fee on top of it. If I decided to exchange money at the airport, it wouldn't have been as bad of a ripoff. Don't come here unless you're visiting a popular country like Italy or France.
