Stay away! Unprofessional! Customer service sucks

Lady started accusing me of fraud for 30$ check

I had a bad experience right now that I went in . I was waiting on the line for 8 min , and the receptionist was Hispanic . She attended me, in a rude way ,because I asked her if i was able to print a copy from my phone.Her response was we don’t do that in here in a high pitch tone . But my sister has done that before so I don’t understand.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lady at the counter texted her boss to cash a check and tried to text the boss my social security number. I told her ABSOLUTELY NOT. Why would you think it’s okay to send my social to someone idk via text and you have all my information. NEVER go to this currency exchange. They are all incompetent. They need to hire new staff

Service is awful went in to cash a check got in line. It was too Hispanics the first window. She looked like she didn’t want to do her job and had an attitude so I went to the next window gave the cashier. My ID signed my check she tells me she can’t take the check cause she didn’t see me signing it because she was on her phone instead of doing her job Just awful

One star is being generous, this location has the worst employees, but they're not to blame. The manager is extremely rude and has no idea what she's doing or talking about. I needed a simple plate transaction on a vehicle in my business name with an Illinois title and address and she threw a fit because of her incompetence and lack of knowledge. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's not in Joliet but if you want professional fast service go to Richton Park Currency Exchange location instead. I was in and out in 5 min with no issue.
