It's Saturday 12:30 & they are closed again. Supposed to close at 3. This has happened many of times. Wasted time & gas. Not good business whatsoever!!

I’ve been trying to sell my engagement ring for the past 8 months. I’ve gone to other jewelers, tried EBay, Facebook, etc with no luck. Charlie was super helpful in appraising my engagement ring and was thoughtful and honest when explaining its value. I mentioned I just wanted it out of my hair at this point and he made sure I had exhausted all my options before buying it from me. He was super friendly, informative, laid back and down to earth. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

I wish I didn’t have to leave this review but this place tried to rob me today. I have a white and yellow gold bracelet that has been in the family for a long time. I dont have any use for it and was honestly not expecting to get rich selling it. I was at least expecting to not be lie to. The lady at the front was very sweet and polite. After inspecting my bracelet she offered me 400 dollars because it was 10k gold according to her. Keep in mind that I don’t know much about gold but I have heard my family speak about how much money my grandma spent buying it back in the day. I figured that if she spent a hefty amount of money it was not 10k. So I wanted a second opinion. I took it to a different store down the road. They inspected it and said that it was quality gold 14k and even showed me how to tell it was 14k. They even wanted me to be super sure about selling it. I just can’t believe I was almost robbed and pretty much lied to in order to make a quick buck. This place is a scam.

Charlie is amazing! Best gold prices period. You will not find a better place to take your gold or collectable items and money. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'd rather wait than go somewhere else.

Love this place! We brought some things in to sell last week and were so pleasantly surprised. Great prices and the customer service was amazing!

So a year ago I went to the Gold Exchange. I had called the day before and explained what I had and I was told exactly what they were offering. I made the hour drive and met with JET SINGH. He was very impressive. I was overwhelming impressed with him. He was extremely pleasant to be around. Due to that positive experience, I told many of my friends to take their business there as well. So, I called on 12/5/25 and informed a different salesman what I was selling and asked what he was offering. On 12/6/25 I drove the hour drive and the offer had changed. I will not be doing business with this company again and I will discourage my friends to do so.
