Tried to call and get information and the "gentleman " I spoke with I may have woke not sure . He was a very and I mean very poor communicator in my opinion. So reason for the rating company that was "open" was unable to provide information on their company and the individual I spoke with was rude in my opinion.

I’ve been in jewelry industry over 16 years and I’m so glad i have found PMRS last year. I sent them small amount of silver and gold to test them out and then sent them a big batch of silver(25lbs.) and gold scraps afterwards . Process was so easy and they provided shipping labels and bins. Got my big check super fast. Another big surprise was , I filled the 5 gallon bucket with sanding papers and blocks I used to file silver. I wasn’t expecting much because normally I would just throw that in the garbage. Ted from PMRS just called to tell me $480 check is coming just from a bucket filled with tissue, sanding paper and sanding blocks. Highly recommend! They give the highest payout from what I have seen.

I sent 2700 ounces of silver in September. I was paid for part of it, but I have been waiting to be paid many thousands of dollars. they have stalled and stalled, claiming a small amount of cadmium is the culprit. They said they sent it to a specialty refiner. I have never been kept informed without my persistent enquiries. I locked in at 42 and it is now 90. they have really harmed my life. the stress of not getting paid has caused heart problems. i urge the public to not trust these people. they have shown me how unreliable and untrustworthy they are. Eight years I put up with their excuses. More than two months ago they told me January from september, Really? i claled Russ Drellack on thursday and the update was we will have in update in the future. not paid me my money for more than 4 months after telling me 5-7 work days.

I am so thankful to have found Ted & his incredible business. Taking what looks like a bucket of trash, but what had nearly 10 ounces of silver in it. As a small business I can afford to be throwing my money literally away. My only regret is not discovering this service sooner.

I refined my silver several years ago and never got to write a review. There was a salesman John Urich working there and I asked for silver bullion in exchange for my scrap. First of all they said 75 ounces wasn't silver which is totally ridiculous. I've been doing this a long time and know tge drill. Then when I asked for the price to exchange for bullion John told me he would let me know. Then UPS delivered me 100 ounce bars at a $5 premium which I never agreed to. I talked to Sheldon who I believe is the owner and he agreed John wasn't that knowledgeable and would look into it. I never received a call back and unfortunately had some things in my life that took president and let it go at the time. I obviously cannot recommend these people because they didn't handle the situation right and I was definitely cheated. I could have got the bars for $2 over at the time not to mention the 75 ounces they claim wasn't silver. I have retired now and have more time. Sheldon just letting you know I have a long memory
