They have new owners who are absolutely AWESOME!! they are so funny and sweet!! Definitely a positive experience!! The last owner left such a negative impact on customers. It's so nice to have ppl who care working there!! Jenny and Sheila are the best!!! I'm telling all of my friends!!!💜
The owner of this place tried to rip me off $60 and when I went back to see what the mistake was, the owner had a stank attitude automatically and wouldn’t let me talk. Then, when she counted her drawer to see that I WAS RIGHT AND SHE OVERCHARGED ME, she didn’t apologize and told me to “watch my attitude”. Even the other cashiers saw she messed up and tried to apologize for her, but the owner kept arguing/screaming back.
We needed a title transfer and new registration for a car we had stored for years. Jennifer was helpful and patient with all of our questions. She has a fun sense of humor and for the first time ever made our visit to a currency exchange pleasant! Thanks Jennifer!
I came in to cash a money order I received as a gift, and the woman at the counter told me it had to be cashed at the bank it was issued from—which is in Indiana. That made no sense to me. I ended up cashing that same money order in Chicago at a currency exchange with absolutely no issues. Either they didn’t know what they were doing or they just didn’t want to help. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I won’t be going back.
Jennifer was the absolute best today. She was so nice, conversation and personality was 💯 I drove from Danville because nowhere here would cash my school refund check. She was diligent and after being there for 3hrs she accomplished the mission and got me my money 🤑 I would definitely recommend her business and mind yall I'm black 😉
