I did all my purchases on line with SD Bullion, but when I needed to sell a little back they practically wanted everything. Only 20 coins or more. I just needed to cover something little and I had brought at a very low price. I called around and then discovered Icoin. They were wonderful. Price was fair and paid in cash. I visited the store with a Friend who sold a good deal of silver coins here. I am not real experienced with this stuff, BUT the issue for me was they did not offer the current spot price for the silver coins? My first time selling and at a coin shop! I’m new to coins, but I did some research beforehand to make sure I was getting fair prices. I also brought in a few broken pieces of gold jewelry to sell. Dick greeted me right away and got to work testing the jewelry—turns out some of what I thought was gold wasn’t . He gave me a good buy price on the rest, then we moved on to my old collectible silver coins. I already knew roughly what they were worth, but I couldn’t help smiling when he quickly identified each one and quoted values right in line with my research. It was an easy, quick, and pleasant transaction. The owner, Steven, was there too, and when I asked about tax, he pointed to a plaque on the wall and said, “No—there should never be tax on gold or silver, and I was one of four people who made that possible.” How very cool! Both guys were great—friendly, professional, and not the least bit pushy. The shop was surprisingly busy, but I never felt rushed. Definitely a place I’ll return to!— ThatsWhatCheeseHead !
