Brought in a significant piece of 18 kt gold jewelry and I was immediately dismissed and told they weren’t interested. Went to another place and was given close to 2 thousand dollars. Extremely dismissive judgemental and rude disgusting service. The woman should be ashamed for dragging down a business like this she lost a potential life long customer who lives right down the street.

Phenomenal store with just about anything you can think of for collectors

Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff. Helpful is an understatement. I read a review with 5 stars that said prices are fair. I concur and say that prices are exceptional. If Eagle coin got graded by PCGS it would be an MS69.

There are very few people I trust when it comes to collectibles and coins, but Eagle Coin & Stamp is one I truly trust. I was just in there today, and even though I wasn’t 100% sure about a historical coin, they were incredibly knowledgeable, helped me out right away, and were super friendly and totally trustworthy. I love these guys!

Came here out of curiosity one day, they had a wide variety of selections from coins, baseball cards, cool collectibles, etc. They were welcoming, very transparent, fair with prices. I had multiple questions regarding the coins, but their representative was well informed. Gotta love small businesses, 100% will be back!

I recently visited this business to sell some silver and get an appraisal on a few coins, and unfortunately it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I walked in, I was greeted with a dismissive “what do you want,” which immediately set a negative tone. I tried to proceed respectfully, but the employee continued speaking to me with attitude throughout the entire interaction. He offered an unusually low price for my silver while making comments like he “could do this in his sleep,” and when I pointed out the melt value, he responded as if I was inconveniencing him. When I asked about having some coins evaluated, the same dismissive behavior continued. He repeatedly acted as though looking at my items was burdensome and spoke to me with clear frustration. The conversation became so unprofessional and hostile that I ultimately decided to leave. I’ve never been treated this rudely at any business before. Customer service should be the foundation of any operation, especially one that relies on trust and repeat customers. If this is how they choose to speak to and treat people, it’s hard to imagine how they can expect to stay open. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was also recently in Eagle Coin Shop the same time that this Travis guy was in there. They was very busy at the time he was asked by the employees who was next two different times the gentleman stood there never said anything so other customers jumped in front of him. When the employees notice the man was aggravated they tried to go above and beyond to make it right and help him and Travis completely ignored him grab his coins and said he did not have time what's being very rude to the employees. I am just a customer that goes to Eagle Coin a couple times every month I have never had any issues most of the time there is no wait at all. From another customer's point of view myself I do not agree with the man's review. Eagle coin has very good customer service some folks just have no patience. Eagle coin pays very Fair prices on stuff they buy. I hope that anybody that is interested in buying or selling gives them a shot. I also tried to give Travis this upset customer my spot in line I went out the door to offer it and he completely ignored me. Thanks
