Went to this establishment to spend a few grand on silver bars and gold coins but instantly regretted going because of grumpy older gentleman behind the counter. Literally nobody else in the store and he’s telling me he’s busy am I gonna buy anything or not basically pushing me away . Any question I had he basically made me feel stupid and said he’s not here to socialize .. I know 100% this place loses business solely because of him . Never in my life have I ever been met with so much disrespect in my life from the older gentleman working over the counter. When I first walked in I told him that I was glad to finally found their location here in oak forest since ive been a customer way before they relocated from tinley park. His first words to me and by quote was "im not here to socialize are you going to buy anything or not". Shocked I told him sorry to bother him and he went on saying im busy and that he doesnt have the time to just talk. I was considering on making a big purchase on silver coins but at this point id stay far away. Its sad to see customer service has left this small business that used to be a staple in our community. I've had friends work at collectors gallery growing up and rememeber as a child walking around the store to enjoy. Now with this type of professionalism no business should ever last . Second time in there first time was good experience with the lady. Second time the older gentleman behind the counter very rude and talks to you like you’re a demented animal .
