I bought my ring here 2 years ago. Brought it back on the 2nd of May & was told it took 2 weeks (16th) to put 3 diamonds back in. Came in on the 16th to a PURPLE stone & said it would take an addition week to replace that. & he wouldn't charge me for THEIR MISTAKE???!
