Didn't like it
Was in there last week just trying to browse around and look at their guitars, nice selection by the way; but employees literally hover over you and follow you around. I understand it’s a not so nice area and probably have had problems in the past but Jesus Christ. Not to mention one of the guys was blocking the door hitting me with 21 questions before entering. If you enjoy people breathing down your neck as you shop by all means knock yourself out
This is by far the most customer friendly pawn shop anywhere. I’ve had to pawn my drums multiple times now. This last time I’ve been lacking the payment on time. Larry always works with me as long as you communicate with him. They provide a 5-star service hands down!!!
Great experience with Sylvia! I felt like I was shopping with a friend, no pressure or judgement, and lots of options to choose from. Didn't end up buying but enjoyed every minute in the store.
Turned down Arlo pro camera system. I wonder why bc it works fine lol. I didn’t ask I just said ok and sold it elsewhere.
I have been going to Able Pawn shop since they were on Water Street. Larry has always been professional and helpful. His staff is awesome Sylvia is a great customer service advocate for the store. Able takes pride in the items they have for sale. I would recommend Able to anyone! I have been to other pawnshops and none compare to Ables professionalism and care for their customers.
