before you sell anything here double check with other place. When silver was at 53$ he offered me 35$ for 1 oz bars. I sold them for 51$ a bar at chicago coin.

Bob and Sam are great businessmen and people. Every comment complaining about them being “rude” is just scam artists who can’t scam honest people. They are the only shop I fully trust to be fair and reasonable.

Folks folks folks. Bob is a gem and has many lifetimes of coin knowledge. If you’re into paying grading companies to tell you how nice your coin is, this might not be the place for you. Buy coins you like, the prices here are very reasonable.

Best coin shop I've ever been to. They're super nice. One time I went in there and jokingly asked if the home made cookies he had on the counter in a zip lock were there for the customers, and he said I could have all of them. They're super knowledgeable and kind. Always a bowl of candy out for customers. 10 out of 10. Absolute best shop withing 100 miles of Chicago. They never cheat you, even if you don't know what you have or think your coins, paper bills or precious metal are worth less than what they actually are, they'll let you know and give you not only a super fair price, but they always payout more than their competitors.

I'm very new to coin collecting (roughly three/four months into the massively addicting hobby) and while I've not visited the shop (yet), the amount of education, knowledge and willingness to offer their time to explain the intricacies of certain coins and what to look for during their WhatNot shows is above and beyond I've seen elsewhere. Keep it up fellas and readers of this review...get on over to the store. Nobody's got these!!

I haven’t got to visit Bobs shop, but I have bought from him on WhatNot. Him, and Sam run great friendly shows, great music, great people, quality items, very informative. He’s an honest guy. I’m fairly new to coin collecting and I’m happy that I can buy from Bob and can’t wait to visit him in the shop one day!
