If I could describe this place in two words , it would be stingy and rude.. i understand you have to make a buck , but there's no need to be stingy.. also, There's a nice way of saying , take it or leave it , and there's a rude way of saying , take it or leave it.. you should also know a weathered looking piece of silver , is still a piece of silver. A weathered looking ounce of silver , is still an ounce of silver.. Just because it's weathered, doesn't mean it's worth less. It's still an ounce of silver. If you melt a weathered looking ounce of silver , you will still have an ounce of silver , regardless of the fact that it looks weathered.. regardless of the fact that it looks like it's been stored for the last 20 years. Silver and gold prices are through the roof.. anyone looking to sell their silver , i would not recommend this place..

I am pleased with my transaction with Ralph and A-1 Jewelry & Coin today. With the price of gold and silver reaching all time highs recently, I opted to finally sell my old jewelry. Ralph presented himself in a conscientious and professional demeanor. He utilized quality control machinery and analyzed my items right in front of me and showed me the results as they came out. After a bit of negotiation, we reached an agreed upon deal. He’s knowledgeable, approachable and direct. Will consider him and his team for future buying and selling. Do your own research and come with at least a general sense of the current market and you’ll be matched with reasonable business savvy. Not all businesspeople in this market show a sensibility like Ralph.

This is a great store with clean warm atmosphere, staff are welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable, especially Eve who I mostly communicated with. All and all extremely satisfying experience. Will be back and would recommend it to anyone, a five star service! Second visit to this absolutely wonderful store with the greatest staff ever and nothing short of impressed by their service, knowledge, professionalism.
