I had THE MOST HUMILIATING experience here today. I went in to purchase some Father’s Day items which cost me over $150 and as I’m leaving the beeper goes off. We can’t figure out why and I had my 5 month old son with me in his stroller. The lady at the register kept looking at my backpack, which is a diaper bag, with accusing eyes. Mind you I am a woman of color so I automatically felt I needed to prove that I wasn’t stealing. The woman asked if there was anything in my backpack that maybe set the alarm off and so I opened up every single pocket to show her. She then asked if there was anything in the stroller/car seat that could’ve set them off so I had to uncover my 5 month old baby to show her and another lady who was standing by the front door in all seriousness. I then walked through the beepers again and what do ya know it didn’t go off. I was and am so embarrassed and hurt by the situation I encountered today 😭

I didn't have a lot of time to fully browse through the store, I was in search of a hat, and hat band. I did not find the particular brand I was searching for, yet I did find some other great brands that I was unaware of, and bought a beautiful hat band for one of my hats at home. The staff were very friendly and personable, and were able to show me that the product I was interested in was American made. I'd definitely like to have some more time to see everything else they had. I just kinda bee-lined to the hat section, hehe.

You helped keep my instruments in a good keep and condition and helped me increase . I am looking forward to seeing if I may buy pure bullion and bars and coin . Thank you !

This place is fantastic! I visited for the first time last week & have already been back since. There is something for just about everyone. Not only do they have a massive selection of western wear and boots, but also jewelry, leatherwork materials, beading, home decor, and accessories. The employees both times I have been in have been extremely kind. 10/10 recommend!

I went in there this morning because I was referred by a friend that that would be a good spot to get some Christmas shopping done for my wife. The customer service that I received when I walked in the door was absolutely amazing!! They helped me shop for absolutely everything I needed at my side the entire time helping me choose out things for my wife, which is sometimes a very difficult thing to do! I could not be more grateful for the team that works there at Vickers and I absolutely recommend them to anyone. What a great little store. Thank you very much.
