Rosehill Coins & Jewelry, Inc

Hal is a wonderful gentleman who waits on myself and my family when ever we find a need for United States Currency 💵 and the Ladies are wonderful who wait on myself and my daughter for our Jewelry needs! So with that being said! Thank you Rosehill Coins & Jewelry for your hospitality we recommend that you shop at this establishment! Sincerely Tammy and Family

This was my first time visiting, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. They’ve been in business for decades, and now I understand why. So friendly and interactive with each other! I walked in needing help removing a ring that had been stuck on my finger for 28 years. Hal didn’t hesitate for a second—he took a look and was able to get it off without cutting it. I honestly didn’t think that would be possible. The kindness, skill, and willingness to help (especially for someone who just walked in off the street) really meant a lot. If you’re looking for a trustworthy local jeweler with experience and great customer service, I highly recommend them.

I have been doing business with Rosehill for 10+ years. Always an amazing wealth of knowledge. Rich really helped me recently with researching and valuing a coin. Their shop has a local vibe and fantastic selection.

I've been going through my things and found my old class ring of 10k gold and a 1887 silver dollar. I took it to Rosehill to see what I could get for it. Pleasantly surprised their offer was generously good!! Friendly and helpful staff answered all my questions and gave me a referral for my stamp collection. Highly recommend these folks for your gold, silver and coin needs!!

Very knowledgeable staff

Awful customer service. Check your merchandise before you buy or sell here. Buyer be ware!

They sell counterfeit gold/silver. When addressing the problem they will gaslight you and deny obvious evidence. It was extremely difficult to get them to acknowledge the problem and resolve it. No refund was issued! Buyer beware, these guys are crooks.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time I go in there. These guys know their stuff, educate me when I have questions, and always treat me right. I do a lot of coins, and I trust these guys. A+!

I was helped by Zack very pleasant and knowledgeable guy had a great experience and learned a lot I’ve been a customer since 1975 would recommend over anywhere in the valley for sure on value and knowledge best prices for sure!!! Thanks again

This place gets one star so a review can be left. These guys are a bunch of thorns that leave customer service to be desired. They could actually benefit from a class or several on how to treat people in general. When he was asked for a business card, his response was “ it’s down by the register.” He never even gave me his name. Clearly doesn’t care about business etiquette or return customers. The rudest I’ve been treated in a very long time. The older gentleman was very curt, brash & dry in answering my questions when I took my late mom’s jewelry to be assessed. This place is full of thorns when it comes to serving the public. Save your time & do business in any other place in the Treasure Valley. You’ll be better off without this level of rude.

I was pleasantly surprised by the offer on my gold and silver which was very close to spot (at least closer than I thought it would be). Furthermore their offer was better than most places online you can sell gold and silver! Its far more coinvent for me to sell here than online! Thank you for being such an easy and continent place for me to sell my gold and silver.

Love this shop!! Very friendly, I just started my venture into gold and silver, and they are Very KNOWLEDGEABLE and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!!

Been doing regular business there a couple years. They always greet and welcome me. Their prices are always fair and competitive. Their expertise is second to none. I trust them with all my gold and silver transactions completely. They treat me with dignity, respect, and a genuine attitude of wanting my business no matter how large or small of a transaction I'm conducting. In today's business environment, Rosehill stands out as an example of how you treat customers. I recommend them without hesitation.
