Went in to see my options on pawning a ring. They were rude from the get-go. He left my hand hanging with the ring and refused to take a look. Keep in mind I wasn’t demanding an amount, I just asked how much I can get. All he had to say was “no thank you.”— Isela N, Oct 2025

Honestly, I had been to two other pawn shops to try and sell a ring. It originally was a $6000 ring, but as we all know, diamonds have become a lot less valuable. One pawn shop, I had to deal with only kids there. The young lady that helped me, told me that they only could pay me for the gold, and that they would throw the diamonds away.?🙄 When I came into Mike’s I was met with Mike himself. He is a certified gemologist and he’s honest as they come. I got a very nice and fair price for my ring and he offered, free of charge to fix a necklace that means more to me than my wedding ring, for nothing. He’s a great and very personable guy.
