Every time I have firearms questions or am considering a new gun purchase, this is where I shop. Every staff member there is polite, professional and certainly knows what’s what when it comes to the needs I have. There has NEVER been a time when the crew at Ken’s didn’t have the correct answer to whatever question I had. Total Pro’s… If you have pawn, precious metals, firearms or other needs, don’t waste your time with other places. Do yourself a favor… and don’t settle for 2nd best. To me, it makes perfect sense to spend my hard earned money at a place like Ken’s for my firearms needs. They have a good selection on hand… OR they can get whatever you might want and they’ll do it at a GREAT price. I consider myself lucky to have found not only friends there, I also know that when the dust settles and the purchase is made, I’ve always ended up with what I wanted, AND what I deserve! This place is amazing, no reason to visit big pawn shops that are out to get you worse than GameStop! I was given a VERY fair deal , in fact they honored the deal Pawn 1 said over the phone then played games when I arrived! The facility is well organized and well stocked, prices are low, especially considering the amount they are willing to pay compared to the competition! Don't just stop in to sell go check them out to purchase! Place is great! I will be back for some pew pews in the future! The staff was courteous and truly looked like they enjoyed the store and had pride in it. Rare in this business.... 10 for 10 recommend, won't go anywhere else in the valley!
I’ve always had a great experience at this store. People there are very nice and genuine, and the customer service is excellent. They’ll give you an honest advice without pressure. If you are thinking about buying or selling gold or silver, this is the place to go.
