Rich is the real deal. An honest businessman, passionate about his business and products, informative, approachable, knowledgeable. They don't come any better in the valley.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience, working with Rich and his wife. I looked at other places around town and everyone else treated me in a less than friendly manner. Rich's place is a little hard to find, but once you do, his kindness, knowledge, and straightforward offers/pricing make it worth the hunt. I will definitely be back to visit him again in the future!

What a wonderful shop! We enjoyed every minute and the owner was great! He even recommended another shop that could help us out and made a call to them and said we'd be stopping buy. He was exceptional. Will recommend to friends and will go back to do more business. Has a great sense of humor as well.
