Online said they were open til 6 I drive an hour get there 5:10 and they’re already making complaints that they’re closed. The open sign was lit and the website said 6. Then they offered 40 percent of scrap and when I asked for 20 more dollars in easily 350 worth of coins retail he wouldn’t budge from 125 to 159 and said you can leave you client take no. As someone who has dealt with every coin shop around Grizzly has got to be the overall fairest, most open, and straight shooting of the shops in Idaho Falls. They are transparent on pricing and why things are priced the way they are. And I have even witnessed them show customers exactly where the numbers come from and why. Best of all they run business in a way that keeps premiums lower than their competitors. American Silver Eagles and bullion in general are always better priced here then over at Infinity.

I have dealt with these guys for over two years now since being taken to the cleaners by the clown across town, These guys are professional polite kind and know the business. It's great to be treated with respect and kindness and to know exactly how long it will take to get your transaction handled. They are spot on and deliver every single time when they say they will. Great place to do business!!!

Horrible customer service. I went in to buy coins and currency. I had a pile of about $200 in items to purchase, with more to buy, and was treated like trash. The older guy kept leaving me alone, not available to answer questions. If I got an answer, it was rude, short, and disinterested. I finally told him I was done with the horrible service and was leaving. He actually said it was fine with him (yes, he threw away several hundreds of dollars in sales). I said I didn't think I would be back to their store and he said it was fine with him. If I was the owner, I would seriously reconsider my staff in IF. Go to Infinity for anything gold, silver, or numismatic related...way better customer service and extensive knowledge.

Matt was very knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. They had a great selection of collectable coins, cards, and other things. 💯 would recommend these guys for gold, silver, and collectibles!
