I had purchased a 1/10 gold buffalo round online on May 8th. After a week of no shipment I emailed them (as I’m busy throughout the day) I requested info on the shipment on May 15th. I did not hear anything. I sent another email as of May 17th no reply to that either I called them on May 23rd to request info on the wearabouts of the coin. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and assured me that the coin was shipped out (without asking for an order number or confirming my name) I waited patiently until today may 29th 3 weeks after my purchase of the coin. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone who again was pleasant enough to talk to, he had informed me that my order number didn’t match what their records showed them, and they would have to call their sister location to figure more out. He called me back and stumbled on his answer as to why I didn’t have the coin he accidentally said (you had purchased the coin and then someone else came in after and bought it in store before we had a chance to catch it) and then went on talking about how the process works between the pawn shop and the coin shop. And then re-clarified that in fact someone else had purchased the coin prior to my purchase of it on May 8th. He told me that they refunded the money and they look forward to doing business with me in the future. I am very disappointed that I had to pry this information after 2 emails (still no response) 3 calls and 3 weeks. Again they were nice enough over the phone and it may have been just a system flaw I will be taking my business in coins and precious metals to the coin store down the street.

Buying entirely below spot. Rip off and greedy. I would call around even apmex will give you a better price to sell your gold or silver. And send you a insured label.
